Alice is now able to be booked for weddings, events, and any other cool ideas that you bring to us, we’re all ears! Check out the details of our events below, and if you have an event that out of these specifics, let us know in the form below, and we’ll do our best to make it work.

Generally, weddings and events are priced at $14 per guest and include:

  • open bar style ice cream service

  • up to 2 hours on site

  • 4 seasonal berry flavours

  • all pre-planning and logistics

Weekend (fri-sun) pricing: starts at $1,200

Weekday (mon-thurs) pricing: starts at $1,000

GST + Gratuity not included. Travel costs outside Squamish apply.

  • We have served at a variety of times. The most popular times for ice cream service are after the ceremony and after the dinner reception. We have also done pre-ceremony ice creams and ice cream as a late night treat!

  • Yes, there are two different minimums, depending on what day of the week your wedding is. Wedding packages start at $1,000 on Weekdays (Mon-Thurs) and $1,200 (Fri-Sun). Packages go up depending on the number of guests and services requested. There is no minimum guest count for events, just the minimum charge.

  • Our seasonal berries are Strawberry, Raspberry, Blackberry & Blueberry. We can work to offer fun unique fruit flavours as well, depending on availability.

  • We can make and serve about 60-80 ice creams per hour. Please note that all ice creams are made to order, and we create an experience for your guests as well as providing awesome ice cream.

  • Yes. Our berry ice cream flavours are gluten free and we have compostable cups available for those opting out of a cone. We have a coconut ice cream base option available as well. This needs to be discussed in the planning process as preparation is needed and additional costs apply.

  • Our trailer is powered by a quiet generator with a 20 metre long cord, which allows us to run it at a fair distance. This allows us to operate anywhere and we don't require any additional power.

  • We really try to keep it as local as possible with our little vintage Boler. While it doesn’t love long road trips as much as we do, we will do our best to accommodate requests outside squamish when we can. Please ask us.

  • To secure your booking we require a $500 deposit towards the total quoted amount as well as a signed event agreement. Deposits can be made in January of the event year or at time of booking. We will touch base with you (or your wedding planner) a week before your wedding for the final guest count, arrival details and the remaining amount due.
