Real Fruit Ice Cream.

Simple is often better.

Real fruit ice cream is a classic kiwi past time that mixes two great things - summer and ice cream. Blended with seasonal + local fruit to create a fresh concept with a smooth finish. Handmade in front of you.

Our Partners

We challenged ourselves to achieve strong relationships with local BC companies. Without sacrificing quality and within 100 miles of our home base, Squamish, BC. This is what we came up with.

Birchwood Dairy

Abbotsford, BC

1964 the first cows were milked on the Birchwood dairy grounds. The farm has 220 acres of land where approximately 120 cows live. Hay and silage is grown on the farm for feeding all year long. Together with Birchwood we created our ice cream base. Unique to Alice & Brohm we removed the corn syrup among other things to create a great foundation for our real fruit products that allows the natural flavours to pop.

Neufeld Farms

Abbotsford, BC

First stepping foot on the farm in 1966, The Neufeld family turned pasture into berry fields. These home-grown berries are hand picked fresh daily and are handled with extreme care. Their fields are hand groomed and well manicured. We partnered with the Neufeld family for all of our seasonal berry needs.

King Cone

Surrey, BC

A family owned and operated business opening their doors in 1982, King Cone first began manufacturing waffle cones in a modest Vancouver shop on 41st and Granville. Having since moved to Surrey they continue to produce a high quality and locally made product. Anytime you enjoy one of our real fruit treats, make sure its in a cone. It just better that way.

Testimonials

Kevin and Melissa's Wedding - Squamish

Alice and Brohm, aka Katie and Matt, brought their cool Boler trailer to our wedding this Summer. Their ice cream was a huge hit, all of our guests were so stoked, with many going back for thirds. Great to support a local Squamish business and they even inspired us to buy our own Bolar trailer (the Purple Rain). Thanks for killing it on our day guys!
